Immediately contacted sales and was taken to service. As it’s been a week wanted to see what they can do, and service coordinator said we will replace under Lexus warranty and took some pics. After few months no response, I called and left voice messages with operators and no response. I went in for service talked to service coordinator I was working with but has no update. Okay, after a follow up he asked me to bring it in as warranty claim is approved and took photos and parts are ordered, great. No updates for a month… hmm this is where it gets interesting, operators are taking msgs for service coordinator but I am getting no responses, finally escalated it with an operator and got in contact with service manager who asked me to come in again. It’s been 4 months now, went it and they couldn’t find any record of this and leaned service coordinator quit. I was told that service manager was handling this but he claims no idea. Finally they brought in used car sales manager and they started negotiating to pay partial costs. Okay they quoted $300 claiming I am only paying partial amount. Wow I realized how incompetent they are 1. I have been asked to come multiple times but no one has no record 2. Operators handling calls do not know service coordinator no longer works 3. They suddenly have part available which I was told will take at least a month and stared asking me to cover costs of $300 after many trips 4. Part only costs $200 on Lexus dealer parts website, so how much are they paying?? I will drive some where else for service and after seeing such incompetent service manager and used car sales manager More
July 2021, visited the dealership. The pre-owned sales people are not at all transparent. They refused to co firm the price over the phone, I drove 2 hours sat at the dealership for another two after havi people are not at all transparent. They refused to co firm the price over the phone, I drove 2 hours sat at the dealership for another two after having selected the car I wanted to purchase to find out that the advertised price was not available to me because it includes discounts for active military, students. The condescending attitude was enough for me to get jaded and walk away. When spending 50k, I need to trust the business. The lack of transparency and there pressure tactics are not something worth dealing with in day and age. More

As a Nurse employed by The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia; I have access to “Perks at Work.” I filled out the information for the employee pricing for an Rx 350 listed on Tri-County Lexus websi Philadelphia; I have access to “Perks at Work.” I filled out the information for the employee pricing for an Rx 350 listed on Tri-County Lexus website for $33,890. I received an email from Greg Liggett stating (Congratulations on your special vehicle pricing. Called the dealership directly scheduled a test drive. Drove 2.5 hours away from my home, in the rain on unknown roads. Once I arrived to Tri-County Lexus the vehicle was not cleaned or detailed as promised during the initial phone call. Sales Representative Musa comes out very polite - asking what I was looking for - after advising of the perks at work certificate, I then needed to come inside for license information. Immediately I noticed Musa took a photo of my license via an app on his cellular device -which I didn’t approve. After, being reassured that my information is protected and private - I again asked about the pricing. Musa stated “do not worry” the price on the sticker is the MSRP, not the internet price or the certificate price. I explained I drove a long ways with my children and I didn’t want to prolong the process of the vehicle is not priced per the website. Needless to say, I get back from test driving, all seems well until I received a document with the total price as $42,999. Of course I am now appalled because the internet price nor the certificate price has been honored. Musa further explained that the internet price is discounted and you must qualify for 3 programs in order to receive. Those discounts are Loyalty program (if you purchased a car from Tri-County Lexus previously you will receive $1,500 off, If you’ve ever been in the military you will receive $1,500 off, and if you are a recent college grad (within 6 months) an additional $1,500 is discounted. The dealership was aware when I called that I had not purchased from there previously, nor did any rep. mention that a potential customer must qualify for all 3 to get the internet pricing. Classic “bait & switch” technique used to get consumers in the door. I asked to speak with Midas superior as I am still in disbelief that the so-called special pricing is not being honored. Anthony comes out and says that he agrees with Midas explains toon even after I showed in black and white the certificate. He then mentions that he can try to get the best deal for me and verbatim “you can finance or pay cash with this over it doesn’t matter .... take it or leave it.” He comes back out with a price of $41,382. I called the dealership the next am, as I left work early to drive so far to buy the vehicle, I spoke with Greg Liggett directly. I explained all of the above - Greg’s response was if I wanted him to try to find a better deal he could do that; I refused as the original certificate had already been reneged upon. Greg stated (after I said you know, I do not trust the outcome as I have already been mislead). What is the purpose of your call? Completely unbelievable More
