Where do I begin? The fact that sonny lied to me about how he diagnosed my vehicle but clearly didn’t? Or the fact that Dayan tried to cover up Sonny’s lie today. They are a bunch of scammers trying to co how he diagnosed my vehicle but clearly didn’t? Or the fact that Dayan tried to cover up Sonny’s lie today. They are a bunch of scammers trying to cover up so they can make 189.99 diagnostic fee. Back in March, I came to the dealer (I have shown so much business to tie-county for years. I have 3 Lexus cars. They will never get a penny from me ) to get an engine noise and sunroof noise checked. Sonny called me a couple of days later and told me he diagnosed my car tans it needs a new PCV valve. He told me he won’t charge the diagnostic fee. I told him thank you and I will bring the car back after the pandemic . I came back today to fix it. I later found out that the car was never diagnosed. He never called the warranty. He lied to me. For what? I don’t know why! I have been driving a vehicle that was misdiagnosed for months. What if my engine blew because he never told me the truth? Sonny even told me he called the warranty company to hook me up! hook me Up for what? My car is already under warranty for power train so engine is covered. Dayan told me that I should keep fixing things until they find the problem. I can go to a mom and pops shop and they will do a better job lol!! He then told me if I don’t like the cost of the fee I can take my business elsewhere. To top it all off, an employee signed my invoice!!! They are scammers. I am reporting them to Lexus and the BBB. I will be contacting my lawyer. you have lost a customer for good! By the way, I have emails and texts where sonny said he called the warranty and diagnosed the car/ I even have a voicemail with his voice! More

And when all else fails they try to get me to do a wheel alignment. And they charge about double what I would normally pay somewhere else. Whenever I'm there I always feel like they're trying to make a quick buck off of me. Just be honest! More
