I took 2014 Lexus GS350 for brake noise , The service advisor called me and Wants me to spend over $1100 on my front brakes only Mind you my beds and rotors is it brand new not even a month old on the parts was purchased from the parts department all genuine Lexus .. So the advisor asked me to change the beds and the rotors and when I ask her why do I have to change him what’s causing the noise she doesn’t even know all she wants me to do is just spend $1100 to make her bonus .. I ask for her service manager to call me Service manager was like we cannot resurface your front brake rotors because they are aluminum rotors I never heard of this , he kept pushing me to change everything , He completely refused to write that down on my receipt because it was completely a lie he backs up his employees even if they are wrong .
