Disrespectful and demeaning This has been one of the worst experiences at a dealership and was out right disrespectful and degrading. After spending three hours at the dealership, the sales manager did not agree to the price we wanted after which said "You need to buy this somewhere else" and got up and walked away saying "waste of my ***** time." I replied at his comment saying "you should get into another business if this is a waste of your time." After which others started cursing at us while we were walking out. On our way out, we realized we have forgot our credit card inside. Walking back to the office, one of the other xxxxx started yelling "whoa whoa whoa take it outside." I replied saying I wanted my credit card back after which many other people got involved and things got heated. The sales manager then threw the card on the floor and said "pick it up and get the ***** out." The main manager, the sales manager as well as the sales man were involved and extremely disrespectful. I could not believe how disrespectful they were. It was not even about the money for the car at that point. The sales man was Hassan Ghamlouch. More

I corresponded with Lilian BUYER BEWARE! As others have said about this place, the old bait and switch. A 2014 Lexus CT200H is advertised as $15,983. I corresponded with Lilian, the online manager, about the availability and price. Drove two and a half hours to not be waited on by Lilian, but another kind gentleman. Test drove the car. Started the buying procedure only to slam on the breaks once the ACTUAL price of the car was revealed. With all the upselling and hidden fees, the car came roughly to $19,800 and $22,000 with tax! Everyone acted shocked when I questioned the $4000 price hike. A negotiation was then opened. I was close to a deal, roughly $18,450. After the manager, Lee, came to the desk and upped the price back to $19,000 I found out the tune of this gypsy band. I had to come back for my credit card, another tactic, only to be shouted at in the parking lot by Lee trying to convince me the the price is correct. This would have been my 9th car purchase in 18 years. BY FAR, THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. More
