Thanks Hassan G!!!! after almost 2 weeks trying to get my so dreamed car , speaking to so many people(manager, sales person, finance and more people), making a few drop after almost 2 weeks trying to get my so dreamed car , speaking to so many people(manager, sales person, finance and more people), making a few drop by visits , borrowing friends cars to get to the Lexus dealer and being told everything is all set and done , I can come get it and go home with my new car and then told it will not be possible for me to get the car I want, from AWD to FWD, from pre-owned to brand new off the plastic to nothing at all due to this this and that.....being persistent and positive I am a new lease customer from Lexus tri state county, I have my Brand new SUV NX200t which I am somewhat sad that couldn't get all the goodies that i wish it came with it but I'm extremely happy that I brought home my favorite lexus car. Thanks Hassan for his exceptional hard work and time . Hassan is very professional and worked with me very closely , even on his day off he made the effort to come by the store to speak to me and text me after every update on the process of me getting the car . This is my very first car and I can't be more proud to have a Lexus. More

Crooks So this guy Kevin, sales person, calls me, uses my phone number that was only provided for the car purchase to harass me, after I leave a review about So this guy Kevin, sales person, calls me, uses my phone number that was only provided for the car purchase to harass me, after I leave a review about him claiming the FICO score goes up to 900 after I clarified it does not go over 850. On top of that the dealership gave him the authority to call the customer and harass for leaving a review. I REPEAT This dealership will lie, cheat and then harass you for leaving a review just because they have your phone number and a copy of your license. Oh, and don't fall for their "Pre-Delivery" charges. I was looking to purchase a car for 30k, they added another $1500 for pre-delivery charge that is not advertised on any of their listing online. Is it legal for a dealership to contact you like that? Well, we shall find out after reports are filed. More

Poor customer service, unnecessary charges If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional staff, especially Kevin. He would not stop lying to my face and, while finalizing the deal, brought up extra charges that you wouldn't have to pay at most other dealerships, charging me $1500 for a used car as a fee and calling it the "predelivery charge". Also, the team, especially Kevin, act like they know everything and claimed that the credit score went up to 900, and that he has seen instances where the customer had a 900 credit score. Where I live in the US, the credit only goes up to 850, not sure where he lives. Unless you want to waste an hour listening to pure BS instead of buying a good car, this is definitely the right place for you, otherwise just save yourself a whole lot of trouble and go to another lexus dealership. More
