Leave work early and drive 1 hour in traffic to get there. As soon as I arrive, am told the car is sold. Obviously people care about the sales they can make, but not too much about the service they offer or the image they give. And yes I can see your response “sorry about your experience, we are committed to offer the best, please call so we can discuss and assist”. SPEND MORE TIME ASSISTING PEOPLE BEFORE THEY GET UPSET INSTEAD OF AFTER THE FACT. It’s not that hard to maintain a list of people interested in a vehicle and notify them before they walk into your store when the vehicle is sold. Especially when you don’t have equivalent vehicle in stock and they are scheduled to come check the car. More

Scammers - beware! Stay away from this dealership. They are crooks! I called and was told that a particular price was "absolutely, totally doable" to purchase a specif Stay away from this dealership. They are crooks! I called and was told that a particular price was "absolutely, totally doable" to purchase a specific model they had on stock and even went over the options included and confirmed the price included the destination fee and there were no other charges that would apply except for taxes and state fees so later in the day I go there, turns out the agent I talked to on the phone was gone but another salesman tells me the same thing in regards to the price so I do the test drive, wait around filing out paperwork, let them look my car over to determine the trade-in value etc. and then when getting ready to do the purchase paperwork the salesman tells me a different, significantly higher price for the car. I ask him to honor the previous price and he says they won't make money if he lowers it but agrees to go to his manager. Manager comes and refuses to lower the price and ACKNOWLEDGES that his two salespeople who gave me the lower number did so to entice me to come in and stick around to negotiate, that a number is never final until the papers are ready to sign. I tell him that's entrapment and deceitful, that I had not been told the price was "negotiable" or "probably doable" or a possibility but that it was "totally" and "absolutely" doable. Manager says he'll do the deal by lowering the trade-in value they first gave me or extending the payment period but I tell him that is not lowering my bottom line. We go back and forth, he would not honor the price I was given twice by his salespeople, inadvertently said they do that to get people in the door so they can start "negotiations," and during negotiations kept trying to trick me to pay more. This is not just incredibly deceitful and dishonest - it's an outright scam! DO NOT GO HERE - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More

Salesman, Trevor McGehee, provided one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I ever had. While not planning on buying my new Lexus that day, I got the deal I was looking for comparing to what I researched on line. Mr. McGehee worked with me to allow me to get the deal I wanted. I love my Lexus and would recommend anyone stop in and ask for Trevor McGehee. You won't be disappointed. More
BEWARE - SCAM ARTISTS I have been getting the run around from this dealer for almost 3 weeks now. I went in looking for a certified used car. I've dealt with at least 5 dif I have been getting the run around from this dealer for almost 3 weeks now. I went in looking for a certified used car. I've dealt with at least 5 different sales people. Each one has been passing me from one sales rep to the other. My experience is there is as follows: - I valued my trade in using the calculator on their website and they did not honor that when I got there. - The car i wanted apparently keeps getting "sold" but i keep getting called back to come in for it. Oh btw i live 1.5 hours away. they called me in 3x only to tell me the car was sold. very shady if you ask me - The last guy i was dealing with via email told me to come in the next day and i called to confirm and he apparently doesnt work there anymore - Another sales guy made me take a day off from work to come in and he cancelled last minute on me - I never got the $25 gift card they promise on their website even though i have been there 3x already - one of the sales guys i dealt with had the vocabulary of a teenager. he was cursing and using foul language - facilities are horrible compared to other lexus dealers i have been to such as the edision or bridgewater dealerships All in all, these guys at this dealer are your typical and traditional used car salesman who say anything to get you into their dealership and then try to switch you to something else. I would caution anyone not to fall for their low prices that they advertise on the internet b/c there are lots of other hidden fees (more so then i have seen at other dealers). Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. More
