I would honestly rate Tri-County dealerships zero starts if it was allowed on this site I purchased my vehicle and the extended warranty from Tri-County on January 20th, and unfortunately, my experience if it was allowed on this site I purchased my vehicle and the extended warranty from Tri-County on January 20th, and unfortunately, my experience with their service department has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. My first mandatory service was on July 5th. The invoice stated that all fluids were topped off, but just three days later, on July 8th, my vehicle had to be towed back because there was no coolant. I was later told that they didn’t top it off because my vehicle uses blue coolant, and they only had green — something they failed to mention when I picked it up. Even worse, I was told they couldn’t properly diagnose my vehicle because it was made by Ford, and they lacked the right equipment. I was without a vehicle for eight days, and at no point was I offered a loaner or rental. When I picked my vehicle up on July 17th, I spoke with the service manager, who was dismissive and condescending, offering no real solution or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. One week later, my check engine light came back on. When I called to schedule service again, I specifically requested a rental vehicle, which I was told would be noted. But when I dropped my car off on August 1st, there was no rental arranged, and no record of my request. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle on August 2nd, I noticed multiple scratches on my trunk that were not there when I dropped it off. I take pride in maintaining my vehicle, and this added damage without any explanation or accountability is completely unacceptable. Overall, my experience with Tri-County’s service department has been marked by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for customer care. I would not recommend them based on this experience. More
Serious red flag with this dealership. They advertise vehicles as Toyota Certified, but the car I purchased had major mechanical and safety issues. It clearly didn’t meet Toyota’s certific They advertise vehicles as Toyota Certified, but the car I purchased had major mechanical and safety issues. It clearly didn’t meet Toyota’s certification standards. Toyota should investigate their certification process. On June 16, 2025, I visited Tri County Dealership for a scheduled test drive of a Toyota vehicle. Prior to my visit, I received an email from their team confirming the vehicle was Toyota Certified, which assured me of its quality and condition based on Toyota’s strict certification standards. Based on that representation, I proceeded with the purchase. However, after receiving the vehicle, I noticed multiple issues that clearly contradict what was promised, both in terms of cleanliness, functionality, and mechanical integrity: ⸻ 🔹 Interior Condition • Strong foul odor (suspected to be dog urine) throughout the interior. • Heavily stained seatbelts and upholstery. • Broken plastic covers under the front seats (only one was replaced). • Non-functioning seat-folding lever behind the driver’s seat. • Exposed and damaged components in the seating area, which could be hazardous. 🔹 Mechanical & Structural Issues • Suspension instability and suspected strut issues. • Multiple holes in the frame structure with rust and poor-quality repaint, suggesting prior unreported damage. • Numerous misaligned and mismatched components that are inconsistent with factory-standard assembly. ⸻ These conditions were further confirmed by an independent appraisal inspection expert, who reported that the car was unfit for safe use. Based on this, I believe the vehicle was misrepresented during the sale process — both verbally and in writing — particularly in regard to its Toyota Certification and overall condition. I attempted to return the vehicle, but this request was declined by GM Jack Donaldson , When I returned to the dealership to raise concerns about the vehicle’s condition, I spoke with Used Car Sales Manager, Scott Herbert, who told me to have the car inspected independently. He assured me that if any issues were found, I could come back to him to address them. I followed his instruction and had the vehicle inspected by an independent appraisal expert, who confirmed significant safety and mechanical issues, as well as signs of possible structural damage — all of which would disqualify the car from meeting Toyota Certified standards. Despite this, my attempt to return was denied. I am now requesting that Tri County Dealership take full accountability As a result of this agent’s dishonesty, I was almost warned of being fired from my job because I had to go to them more than five times and I had to leave my job and go to them. I went through difficult times and wasted time for me and my family, as I have 3 children and a wife, and the car is the main means of transportation for my large family More

Tri County Toyota got me into the truck of my dreams. Just when I thought I'd have to settle for a lower model, my salesman Frank Cocco and his team made it happen. Did not tighten the oil filter after replacement. leaking oil all over the garage floor. Back to the dealer. 2. Find oil all the floor again, back to the dealer, this time they forgot to replace the oil cap. Dealer held the car over night. 3. Went back to pick the car up I asked the manager to check under the car for any leaks he said we can put on the lift and I could check. They put it on lift call me over I’m looking and see that the skid plate is missing they have no idea where it is, we found it at the last bay where it was serviced. Extremely disappointed with the service team at Tri County Toyota! I can’t understand how this team could screw up an oil change so bad but they did. 1st oil change 7600 miles on my RAV4, took it in for its one year service. Lost time from work, now the car smells of burnt oil from the oil on the engine. Still dripping oil. Sincerely, Charles More
Steve Landis was my sales rep for the purchase of my 2023 Rav4 Prime in November of 2023. Steve was GREAT to work with. He was extremely responsive to my questions and got me answers in a timely manner. He made the whole process of purchasing my Prime easy, painless and stress-free. NO pressure to purchase add-ons. NO market adjustment to the price for a RAV4 Prime which at the time was almost unheard of at other dealerships.. He REALLY stepped up a few days before delivery when an issue came up that could have prevented the sale. Instead he came up with a solution that worked for all concerned. The next time I purchase a Toyota I will be contacting Steve Landis. More
I selected Tri County Toyota using the Costco auto purchase program. I felt welcomed from the first day I walked into the dealership. The receptionist sent me to Misohn Coppock, concerned salesman. Co purchase program. I felt welcomed from the first day I walked into the dealership. The receptionist sent me to Misohn Coppock, concerned salesman. Couldn’t have been luckier. He helped me find the Highlander I wanted even though it wasn’t currently available. We discussed what I wanted and he found similar Highlanders but not the perfect car at first. But after multiple emails and texts Misohn removed and added accessories for me until I was fully happy. Before I drove away with my new car, Misohn set it up so I didn’t need to struggle through the process. He was a wizard at the process. And as I was about to depart on an hour trip back home, he offered to stay in contact with me for any questions that come up. I feel like Misohn will always be in my corner. My experience with Tri County will continue as long as I have a Toyota! More
