I came into contact with Tri County Toyota after seeing a pre-owned vehicle I was interested in. Everyone that I was in contact with at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with whether on the phone or e-ma pre-owned vehicle I was interested in. Everyone that I was in contact with at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with whether on the phone or e-mail. I had the pleasure to deal with Don Richards and Guy Scholl. Don was very flexible in scheduling a time that worked for me to come see the vehicle in person. I can attest to the easy-going, straight-forward personality of Don written about in other reviews. This obviously made the entire sales process extremely enjoyable and as stress free as possible. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the vehicle. He was helpful in answering all questions I had about the vehicle and did not give the sales pitch that is expected at a car dealership. Even after completing the purchase Don has reached out in order to ensure I am happy with the vehicle and has made it easy to get in touch with him with any follow up questions I had after the purchase. This just shows the class of both Don, Guy, and the dealership in general. They aren't just selling cars and shipping customers off; they are running a business that is fair, friendly, and extremely satisfying. A+ from start to finish. Thanks again guys. More

John (Gerber) was also very helpful, thorough in his explanations: He answered our questions, clarified details, and enhanced our understanding of the process. The circumstances that necessitated our buying a car were not exactly pleasant -- We had to trade in two cars and get one; but by the end of the process, we were feeling much better -- confident that we had gotten a good deal and excellent, personable service! We recommend Tri-County Toyota, and commend George, Ken and John! And I should say, we really like our new (used) Camry! More

When we intially went to TriCounty we were very hesitant due to not wanting the whole "sales pitch pressure" that goes along with dealing with a car salesman. To our surprise George was very patient, honest due to not wanting the whole "sales pitch pressure" that goes along with dealing with a car salesman. To our surprise George was very patient, honest and relaxed during our search for a family vehicle. The whole TriCounty team was amazing. By the end of the day we felt like we part of a great big family. George and Guy listened to our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable with any decision we made. We love our new (used) vehicle and will be sure to recommend George, Guy and the rest of the TriCounty Toyota Dealership to our friends and family. We will most certainly be back again!! Don Richards was our salesman, and he was very easy going, didn't hassle or pressure us, made suggestions and let us take our time to think things over. He made it possible to take a couple of vehicles going, didn't hassle or pressure us, made suggestions and let us take our time to think things over. He made it possible to take a couple of vehicles out for a full day or weekend so we could see what would fit our needs and lifestyle. We came to the lot often and he was always willing to honor our requests and answer our questions, and if he didn't have the answer he quickly found it. The dealership had many cars to browse through and were willing to look for others if we so requested. All in all it was a good experience! More
I bought a new 2013 Escape and did not like it after we got the feel for it. It was not a Toyota. We had a 2000 Avalon that had over 230000 miles on it. Don't know what we were thinking. Went to tri-county simple to look for a possible lease for my son. Walk out with a vehicle for him and myself. Great experience, Mark Robertson was awesome, totally understood my sons needs and mine. Dealing with Nick was a pleasure. I went looking to buy a used Tundra. They were more interested in understanding what I was looking for in a truck and presenting me the different options. I never felt press used Tundra. They were more interested in understanding what I was looking for in a truck and presenting me the different options. I never felt pressured and they didn't try the usual sales tricks to try and pressure you into buying. Even the followup coorespondence was personal and without pressure. Bob was great at presenting the sales numbers which were complete and easy to understand. When we closed the deal there were no hidden adders and not pressure to buy a bunch of extra's to run up the costs. I'll be back for the next caar for my wife More
