Thanks to the blue team in a job well done. I brought my truck in for scheduled maint. and a recall, and once again the pros. got her done it short time while I waited. (He's the sales man that sold me the truck.) Unlike a few of the other sales men that once they find out your only in for service, couldn't remember your name 5 seconds after they turn away. Bruce took time to find out how i was doing, how the truck was, he told some jokes, talked to me straight up about what would be a good fit for me when it's time to trade in my truck, and just plain had time for a customer. (even though i wasn't there for sales.) I will be trading the truck in for a newer one soon and i already know who my sales man will be. Props. to the men of the blue team and Mr. Bransfield. More

On my first visit to Tri-County Toyota, I had a negative experience with Kelly Coghill (Sales). On a return visit, after requesting to work with another Sales Consultant, I had a more positive visit with Mi experience with Kelly Coghill (Sales). On a return visit, after requesting to work with another Sales Consultant, I had a more positive visit with Michael Moffa (Sales). Michael took time to really listen to what I did and did not want in my next vehicle and allowed me to test drive the Prius, Corolla and Camry so I could determine which of the three vehicles was right for me. Michael Moffa (Sales)kept in touch with me via telephone between when the deal was made (Saturday) and when I took delivery of the vehicle five days later (Thursday). During those 5 days, aftermarket items were ordered and installed. The work was done correctly, in a timely manner and to my specifications. I feel Toyota makes a quality product. My interactions with other members of the staff at Tri-County Toyota were positive. I feel I received a fair price for my trade-in, which was a late model, very low mileage vehicle, and I negotiated a fair price for purchasing my new Toyota Camry without financing. More

Rick was especially helpful in the purchase process. We were also looking to trade in our existing vehicle and Rick was helpful in getting a preliminary value on the trade-in, discussing how we could get the trade-in vehicle (not in full working condition at the time) to their location, and walking us through the necessary paperwork we would need to show ownership and complete the deal. They were honest and helpful through the entire process, and kept their promise for the trade-in value of our prior vehicle. It was an easy and painless shopping experience for us and Rick was a great salesperson to work with. More
