Nick was our Salesman and was very knowledgeable about the preowned RAV4 that we ended up buying. He showed us all the features and answered all of our questions during the test drive. When we picked it up he synced up our phone within a few minutes and again went over the different controls on the car. He also gave us a tour of the service area so that we would be comfortable knowing where to go when we brought our car in for service. After we got home we had a minor problem with the glove box not closing. We called Nick and he said to come right back and he would "make it right". We drove back and within a few minutes Nick had popped out the glove box, pushed down on the cabin filter cover (which was not pushed in all the way) and the glove box was as good as new and could now close. Overall Nick was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Guy was the "closer". When we were on the fence about buying the car, Guy came in to talk to us to seal the deal. He was a good guy who was down to earth and made some good points regarding the price we were getting it for, the interest rate and the quality of the car. I would recommend your dealership to others because of your prices, selection and personnel. More

I drove a BMW X5 for over 10 years and loved that car. So when it was time for a new car, I went right to my dealer and test drove the 2012 X5. I loved it, but decided to do my due diligence amd drive a few when it was time for a new car, I went right to my dealer and test drove the 2012 X5. I loved it, but decided to do my due diligence amd drive a few other brands before buying the X5, which was my intention. I had read several good reviews about the Toyota Highlander and have a good friend in San Feancisco who loves her Highlander. I honestly couldn't see myself in a Toyota and was convinced it would not be such a great car, but went to Tri-County Toyota at 4 pm on a Friday to prove myself right and walk away. Much to my surprise, I really liked the Highlander at first sight. While looking one over on the lot, we were approached by Mario, a new salesman, and he offered to let me take it for a drive. I told him that I had no intention of buying a car that day, let alone a Toyota, and he was fine with that. As I drove the car, though, I just liked it more and more. Mario took us to the showroom, listened to what I wanted, introduced us to his managers, Ken and Rich, and assured me that he would help get the exact car I wanted when I was ready. He never pressed with a hard sell. Long story short, I liked the Highlander a lot and I could get every extra feature I wanted for much less than the base price of the BMW. The sales team were fun, informative, patient - and yes, they made me a deal that exceeded my expectations and we closed the dealership that night and the deal. I took my car in today for it's first maintenance and the service staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was used to dealing with the BMW level of service for so many years but Tri-County service is as good, if not better. I have been happy with both my sales and 1st service experience at Tri-County Toyota. More
