Our salesman, Nick was very friendly and knowledgable about the Prius vehicles we wanted to explore. He enthusiastically shared many cool features of the car with us as we took our 1st test drive. We weren't ready to buy that day; Nick didn't mind or pressure us. But, when we were ready to do our trade we dashed back to see Nick at Tri-County Toyota. Along with 2 of his managers, Guy and Ken, Nick worked patiently with me to work out a deal that we all considered to be fair and allowed me to drive home our new car. I went to Tri County Toyota in search of a vehicle after owning the same care for 10 years. After past sales experiences, especially with vehicles, I was standoffish and leery about the idea. In the past I have had extremely pushy and intimidating salesmen and one "team" intimidating/bullying me into the sale of my car. When I went to Tri County, I was at ease with not being "stalked" on the lot and allowed to leisurely brows the lot and then being asked if I had any questions and what I wanted out of a vehicle that I could afford. After giving my details and wishes, I was guided into a narrowing down of 2 vehicles and asked if I wished to drive them both. As I took my test drives, each vehicle was explained in detail and options in honest and basic layman's terms for easy comprehension. After my decision, I was asked it I were sure of my choice and that they wanted to ensure I purchased the vehicle that I would be happy with. There was no "pushiness", pressure, big words or terms that I would not understand, and pure honesty and concern for me and my happiness with my purchase. Communication was always on the ball and confirmed but again, not pushy but friendly. After my decision was made, all obligations and necessities were taken care of being flexible to my personal schedule. When I went to pick up my car, everything was completed and ready for me in an orderly manner, to include my first maintenance appointment already being scheduled for me and any and all paperwork explained to me in verbiage that I would comprehend (to include the "small print" and follow up steps. My situation was extremely complex and Don Richards ensured it was a smooth transition with genuine regard for me while John Gerber ensured all transitions were completed correctly and efficiently. The gentlemen make a great team and I would never choose anywhere else to make my vehicle purchases. This dealership is the epitome of great work ethic and professionalism. More

I went intot the dealership knowing what I wanted in my next vehicle purchase. Although I was not sure if I could afford the payments or not. I have had 5 Toyota's from Tri County Toyota and they have all been great!! Rich Osche in service always takes care of me.
