I went to Toyota/Scion to inquire on a modification for a disabled entrance on a new Scion. Fred Whitehawk was my salesman. He was more than helpful. He instructed me through the whole process of purchasing my new scion as well as helping me to contact the Toyota authorized company that handled the disabled conversion on the car. Fred went above and beyond to help. He came to my home to complete paper work and even delivered my car to my home when it was completed which was very convenient for me. He didn't just stop there with his good customer service. A few unsolved issues have occurred with the conversation company and he has continued to help - offering service beyond the sale! In the last 25 years that I've purchased vehicles, I can't recall any salesman that has provided such good service and has been true to his word when he says he's going to do something - he does, he follows through with his help! I went to buy new Toyota Sienna and we put a offer of $31K. The sales agent said that we can do it just put your intitial on the this offer price which i did. Then sales agent came with the credit form f $31K. The sales agent said that we can do it just put your intitial on the this offer price which i did. Then sales agent came with the credit form for finance and asked me to fill all sensitive information to check credit hisotry. After i provided all inforamtion he gave that information to somebody for credit check and mean while he came to me that the total cost would be $31480 . Then i asked why it is more now as you made me do intital on $31K. then i rightaway asked not to pull my credit and told them if you are not sure you are giving me the van for $31K why did you take my all information, then one of sales manager came to me and said we were trying to give you better rate and i told why did you take my information if you are not sure about the price and then he said we can go up to $31200. I did not want to give them this price as i see as cheating by saying different price and taking all information and starting all process. Despite their mistake, sales manager did not have the courtesy to say that it was their mistake. I asked for all my information paper back and they provided me but did not tell me that they have already made my inquiry on credit. It is after 10 days when i check my credit history i came to know that they have already made inquiry. I asked several time to customer service manager why it is like this or this is how you deal with your customer. But i did not receive any reply to them. But i will definately thank tri-county toyota as if they have not done this unprofession behaviour with me then i was not going to search prices with other dealers and luckily after 15 days i got the same VAN in much lesser price than what they were offering. I would suggest customer should search withing 30 miles for pricing with other dealers so that we do not have to pay more price to tri-county toyota and at the same time deal with their unprofessional behaviour. I am servicing my first toyota since last two years but i received great service from their service department. but i did not receive good service from sales department and this has happened more than couple of times. Our time spent at Tri-County Toyota was quite a pleasant experience. Our salesman Don Richards was friendly and informative without being pushy. I made an appointment on-line to have routine service performed on my 2009 Venza. The process was very easy and user friendly. My vehicle was taken into the shop within minutes and 37 minutes later (I looked at my watch) my service was complete! The staff was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. The waiting area is clean and inviting. Service to a vehicle is something that has to be done, and Tri-County Toyota has made it pleasant as possible. I am very pleased. More

Rick did a nice job in following up on inquiries that I had. Once I was ready to commit, I came in spontaneously to do a test drive and although Rick was busy with another couple, I was able to go out wit had. My husband was driving a Nissan Titan. Due to the high price of gas, he needed a more economical vehicle to drive to and from work each day. While shopping around my husband was concerned about the roominess and comfort of his next vehicle. We stopped into Tri-County Toyota to test drive the a 2011 Toyota Camry. The interior was nice & roomy and with 34mpg it was the vehicle for us. The Tri-County Toyota sales department headed by Bob Bozarth were professional, helpful & knowledgeable about the vehicle. AND THEY GAVE US A GREAT DEAL. Both my husband & ended up enjoying with the Camry so much so that instead of just using it for work driving, we started driving it everywhere leaving my 2003 Chevy Tahoe at home. Both my husband & I do a lot of traveling on the weekend. After a few months, we decided to start looking for a new SUV/Crossover & trade in the Chevy Tahoe. We looked around test driving the Chevy Equinox, Ford Edge, Explorer & Toyota Venza. The Venza had plenty of room & the fuel economy we were looking for our extended weekend driving. Knowing the team at TriCounty Toyota, we knew we could get a good deal on the Venza and again Bob Bozarth & his sales department gave us a great deal with no hassle or haggling. While bringing in our Toyota Camry for routine maintenance, the service department has always been courtesy & efficient. Having us in & out in no time at all. We couldn’t be more please with our experience and would recommend Tri-County Toyota. More
