When I went into the dealer ship I was looking to get some figures for a purchase i was planning on making in the next few months. I already knew that I wanted to buy a tundra and which model I was looki some figures for a purchase i was planning on making in the next few months. I was going to wait till they went on sale (year end) he in formed my wife and I that it was that time already. We didn't want to spend but a certain amount each month and between Rich and Bob they were able to work out a finance plan that worked for Us. In the week that followed Rich called me a few times to let me know how the search for my truck was going and when it came in it was the exact one I wanted. If it wasn't for Rich informing me of how leases work these days and how Toyota works with their leases I more than likely would have waited and when my time came to buy wouldn't be in the truck I wanted but the ones they had left. I never felt pressured by him or Bob that day only excited that they could make it work for me before I had planned. More

I stepped in and was greeted by Ken, extremely friendly and engaging. Who then introduced me to my salesman which was Mario. Mario made test driving the car effortless and actually fun. We actually got to talk about things other than the bells and whistles of the car, which he did explain!! But he didn't drill in my head why I NEED to buy this car. He kept it simple and casual which made working with and around him so relaxing. Due to my complicated situation of trade in and pay off I wasn't able to walk off with my Lexus :( but they did make sure to do all they could and even called me several times to follow up and help me get what I really wanted. I would have loved to do business with the tri-county family... And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! More

I was going to an appt. for service (oil/filter), when in the heat of the day(6/21/12)the A/C unit quit. I called that evening hoping I could get in the next day and was assured that it could be done.( I bou the heat of the day(6/21/12)the A/C unit quit. I started with a web search for my Toyota on Sunday June 10th via web. Nick Fisher phoned me on Monday morning and asked how he could assist me. I drove in the truck Wed the 13th and left with my 2011 Toyota which is like brand new...excellent condition..12k miles!! He knew based upon my needs exactly what I would love and showed it to me right away!! I didnt have to look any further. I arrived at around 43opm and was met with Friendy smiles by sales associates and Sales Manager Ken!! They were expecting me. Nick was awesome, friendly, no pressure, honest!! I loved his choice for me based upon what I told him over phone. I was able to be approved for credit, get a trade in allowance, have my Toyota detailed while I finalized paperwork with Steve in finance!! This is the place to go for GREAT Customer Service!!!
