First of all, we were told the car was done, then when the service people checked it again, it wasn't fixed. We were told it would take 2-3 days to get the part. It took 3 days and then 2 more days to in the service people checked it again, it wasn't fixed. We were told it would take 2-3 days to get the part. It took 3 days and then 2 more days to install it. (Tri-county is a toyota dealer and they don't overnight their parts?) When I called to be sure it was done, the service technician transferred me to the operator, who transferred me to the cashier, who never answered the phone. I had to call back and the operator stated,"They are very busy,they probably couldn't answer the phone." When I called back,I was given a total for the work. I aksed my husband to call because this was not the quoted price. He was given a different total. He determined I was charged twice for the part on my bill. We determined this ourselves only because the total was more than the quoted price. Someone else had signed my invoice when I went to pick up the car. I had another car to service and did not know about the drop off policy of the drive-in service. I had parked this car in a space and was told that would not be acceptable, even though I knew the number of the space. The car had to be driven in by me. After all the other hassle, this is good customer service? More

Well I have been waiting for the new Scion FR-S for quite some time now. From the time I placed the order for my car to the time I picked it up, Rich kept me well informed on the status of my car. When I went into the dealer ship I was looking to get some figures for a purchase i was planning on making in the next few months. I was going to wait till they went on sale (year end) he in formed my wife and I that it was that time already. We didn't want to spend but a certain amount each month and between Rich and Bob they were able to work out a finance plan that worked for Us. In the week that followed Rich called me a few times to let me know how the search for my truck was going and when it came in it was the exact one I wanted. If it wasn't for Rich informing me of how leases work these days and how Toyota works with their leases I more than likely would have waited and when my time came to buy wouldn't be in the truck I wanted but the ones they had left. I never felt pressured by him or Bob that day only excited that they could make it work for me before I had planned. More

A little while later, I had only just set up my laptop in the business center section (where TCT offers complimentary hi-speed WiFi Internet access) of the waiting room and responded to a few emails, when Lynda Algarin returned with my car keys to report that the service was completed. In record time I should say. And the service performed on this particular occasion was absolutely free! I higly recommend Tri-County Toyota, where we purchased and service our Toyotas. More
I was going to an appt. for service (oil/filter), when in the heat of the day(6/21/12)the A/C unit quit. I called that evening hoping I could get in the next day and was assured that it could be done.( I bou the heat of the day(6/21/12)the A/C unit quit. I called that evening hoping I could get in the next day and was assured that it could be done.( I bought a 2010 Camry for the the wife new but the vehicle in question was our 2004 Ford Van.) I am very thankful for the expertise and repair of the A/C. The pricing in my estimation was very competitive. Thank you all involved for the great experience. More
