The people that I dealt with at this dealership deserve the highest rating possible. They went out of their way to find me the car I wanted and have it delivered ASAP. They found a way to get me the new Sc the highest rating possible. They went out of their way to find me the car I wanted and have it delivered ASAP. They found a way to get me the new Scion FR-S in the color and transmission of my choice. I called and wrote every other day for two months bugging them about when would my car come in. They answered all my calls and messages cheerfully and I never got the impression that they were annoyed with my persistence. When the car arrived there were no surprises. The price was exactly what was quoted. There were no add-ons at the last minute. I was offered extended warranties and the like which I declined. I never felt any pressure to buy any of these. My car was ready and delivered on time in perfect condition and the final paper work was quick and painless. One more thing, I feel like I made friends with the people I dealt with. You can't feel any better than that when buying any large purchase from someone. I am recommending this dealership to everyone I know that could possibly want a Toyota/Scion. AND .... I love the car! 60,000 Service for a dealer serviced vehicle yielded an undriveable pickup truck. After two trips and three hours its better but still not right. A rotor was cut after being done only 7000 miles ago. Truck still drives badly. Dealer showed little interest in actually fixing the problem, more in getting me out of there. When I called to tell John Rutherford the truck was still not right he noted it in the file but offered no actual solution. Last problem - They forgot to replace the plugs at the 30000 service...oops. Before that - Wrong inspection sticker took over two hours because the schedule was not convenient for the fellow that did it wrong in the first place. Craig, the service manager was most unhelpful. Toyota makes a great truck. They do not monitor their dealerships. More

I have been a service customer at Tri County Toyota for over seven years and always received great service, at a great price. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, so much that we just bought over seven years and always received great service, at a great price. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, so much that we just bought a new van last week. The sales experience was fantastic. We got the van we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. The salesman, sales manager, and finance manager were experienced and helpful throughout the process. What a great experience! I will be recommending Tri County Toyota to all my friends and family.
