Great and simple service. Went it at 7, out by 7:45. WOW. Good coffee, desk to work in, good internet service. I was also happy to have no hype, and that they did not push things. I love working with this dealership because it is so convenient to schedule maintenance online! Took my car in for general check-up and to have the batteries on my two sets of electronic entry keys replaced for my Camry. The service was fine, but when I went to pay, I was only given one key back batteries on my two sets of electronic entry keys replaced for my Camry. The service was fine, but when I went to pay, I was only given one key back. When I asked where the other key was, the clerk said that maybe it was left in the car. She further informed me that if it's not there that I (me) could go ask the service guy about my key. I asked her for clarification, "you think I should go ask him for my key?" and her reply was "yes". I found this to be very rude. If a customer leaves two keys and asks where the other one is, it is NOT the customer's responsbility to go searching around the dealership for it. I own two cars from this dealership to the tune of $55K and I ALWAYS get my cars serviced there, usually without any problem, but this particular person totally put me off. So, I left to search my car to see if the key was left there and lo and behold it was in the car, but with the door left UNLOCKED. That means anyone could have just hopped into my car that was parked in a crowded lot and took off. Nice one guys! More

This is the 4th Toyota Sienna we purchased since the year 2000. Overall, this was the best Sienna purchase experience thus far due to the efforts of the Sales Rep (Rich) and a follow-up service call (Todd). 2000. Rich was very professional and knowledgeable with regard to the Sienna features and did an excellent job of follow-up throughout the trade, purchase and delivery process. Todd did a very good job working to ensure that a minor issue with the bucket seat was resolved immediately by acquiring replacement parts and providing a rental car during the service period. Overall, I'd highly recommend this dealership! More

I have been a customer of Tri-County Toyota since I purchased my used 2004 4runner in 2010. I am a "penny pincher" so I usually shop around to find the best price for whatever service I need. Though I may find it cheaper elsewhere, I usually end up at tri-county for them to fix the mistakes of others. Please take it from me, it is not worth the hassle to go anywhere else.
