So a few weeks ago I was in need of a new car and called Fred to find me something. I didn't even need to look, I would trust whatever he picked out for me. He sold me a car with everything I didn't know I wanted. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very friendly. I was even served pizza from the guys in the lunch room. I was met immediately upon arrival by a service representive. This individual offered my two grandchildren popcorn while we waited. I TOOK MY TRUCK THERE FOR A NOISE IT WAS MAKING WHEN I TOOK MY TRUCK THERE FOR A NOISE IT WAS MAKING WHEN TURNING AND THE TEMPERATURE AND DIRECTION GAGE WAS NOT WORKING, THEY WANTED TO REPLACE THE MODUL I TOOK MY TRUCK THERE FOR A NOISE IT WAS MAKING WHEN TURNING AND THE TEMPERATURE AND DIRECTION GAGE WAS NOT WORKING, THEY WANTED TO REPLACE THE MODULE FOR $275.00 DOLLARS, I TALKED WITH ME NEPHEW AND HE SAID HE REPAIRED HIS AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS TO BE SOLDERED. WE TOOK MINE APART AND SOLDERED IT AND HAD IT DONE IN 20 MINUTES. THEY COULD NOT FIX THE NOISE IN MY TRUCK, THEY TRIED SEVERAL THINGS WHICH THEY CHARGED ME A LOT OF MONEY FOR AND DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY WHEN CONFRONTED. THEY DID NOT RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY. I HAD TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP 5-DIFFERENT TIMES FOR THIS PROBLEM. I THINK MOST OF THE PROBLEMS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THE MECHANIC DROVE WITH ME AND WOULD HEAR THE NOISE BEFORE THEY TRIED TO FIX ANYTHING. WHEN HE DID DRIVE WITH ME HE SAID THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK. THEY REPLACED PARTS IN THE REAR OF THE TRUCK AND WILL NOT REFUND MY ACCOUNT. More
