I purchased my 2006 Toyota 4 Runner from Tri-County and they've serviced my car ever since the day I drove it off the lot. I traded in a 1998 Toyota 4-Runner on the vehicle and received a great trade-in p they've serviced my car ever since the day I drove it off the lot. The 4-Runner I purchaed from Tri-County made it the only time I've ever owned the same model vehicle twice in a row! I trust my service to no one else. Scheduling services is easy via the phone or on-line and my wait is never unreasonable for the type of work being done. The customers are treated very well and the staff is very friendly and professional. Pull up to the service door, the door opens, and there's always a serviceman wating as you pull in to check in the vehicle and get started on the scheduled work. When it comes time to look for another vehicle, Tri-County Toyota will get my 4-Runner on trade-in and and I'll be driving off the lot with another one of their vehicles. Will it be three 4-Runners in a row? ........Chances are good! More

I have used this dealership for the past 3 1/2 years even though I bought my car from another dealer. The technicians are excellent at fixing what needs to be fixed and their pricing is very fair. My service writer Linda is an absolute pleasure to deal with and never tries to sell me anything that I don't need. I have been using the service department of Tri County for over 10 years and each and every time I visit my experience is outstanding. From the moment I drive into a service bay, I am greeted with a frie for over 10 years and each and every time I visit my experience is outstanding. From the moment I drive into a service bay, I am greeted with a friendly hello. A thorough review of the services I need is done immediately. My children have an area to occupy themselves while we wait. This area is away from the t.v., so I don't need to be concerned with what is on t.v. while we are waiting. The area is very clean. They offer free popcorn to the children which makes my visit even more of an adventure for them! I go to Tri County knowing if there is NOT a problem with my car, they will tell me! All too often I've been to other places where I feel they "look" for something to be wrong with my car simply so they can charge me for my visit. On more than one occasion I have been told there is nothing worth replacing at the time of my visit. I have the confidence the work will be done thoroughly, correctly, economically and in a timely manner. My next vehicle will definitely be from Tri County! More

On July 18 I took my care in without an appointment because it made a terribly loud noise. I highly recommend Tri County Toyota in Limerick, PA. The salesman that I worked with was Bruce Bransfield. Bruce was professional and friendly. He was patient even after a few hours of testing different vehicles. I felt that he truly cared that I went home with the right car for me (and I did). The financial end of it was easy and conveinent and I feel they did a great job also. Basically every aspect of my purchase from beginnning to end was just that-easy! I was at the dealer for my first 5,000 mi maintenance service, they said it would take 45 minutes and I could wait. I did wait, they had wifi service so I could keep working and my car was done within 4 service, they said it would take 45 minutes and I could wait. I also learned that all I need to do is pull up to the garage and pull my car directly into the bay which will make my next visit even easier! The employee's were great too! Very friendly and wanting to help! A great experience for my first maintenance visit. More
