If you choose to use this dealership for service, be prepared to visit twice for every repair. They do not stock any parts, so any repair you need will require a visit for diagnositcs and another to ret prepared to visit twice for every repair. That is unless you leave your vehicle with them for several days waiting for the parts. If you are at all handy and think you can order parts and do the repair yourself, they get you there too, since they require full payment up front to even order the parts. My experience with the service I have had done is that they are sloppy and on a recent occasion forgot re-assemble the vehicle completely prior to returning it to me. Do yourself a favor and choose another Toyota dealership for repairs. Sad since I had a relatively good experience with the purchase of my vehicle at this dealership years ago. More
