I was very pleased with the experience at Tri-County. The salesman was very knowledgable on the Highlander that I eventually purchased. He was able to clearly explain to me the different options that were included on each Highlander on the lot. This gave me a comfort level to make my decision. This is the first time that have purchased a vehicle in the $40k range, so I was nervous going into this experience, but I must say that have never felt more comfortable because I had all of the facts. I will continue to take my business to TriCounty Toyota in the future. More
This was our third Toyota purchase from Tri-County. We trust Fred, and the Tri-County staff and know that they always will give us the best deal. Even though we walked in the dealership 15 minutes before trust Fred, and the Tri-County staff and know that they always will give us the best deal. Even though we walked in the dealership 15 minutes before closing, the staff stayed late and got us through the sales process so that we could drive home in our new Camry! More
After researching new vehicles for months and visiting several local dealerships, I was down to the final days of enjoying my leased LandRover and needing to replace it with a new SUV. I had narrowed my c several local dealerships, I was down to the final days of enjoying my leased LandRover and needing to replace it with a new SUV. I had narrowed my choices down to the CR-V or the RAV-4 and decided to let price and customer service dictate the decision. Tri-County offered the best price with the least amount of hard-sell tactics. They were super easy to work with and had my new RAV-4 cleaned and ready on time. I highly recommend their dealership. The car salesman,Levi Smith, was professional, knowledgeable and not "pushy". Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, courteous and helpful. I got a fair price for my trade in, and I was p knowledgeable and not "pushy". Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, courteous and helpful. I got a fair price for my trade in, and I was pleased with the final price of my new Rav4 (which I love). The service department is well managed, quick, and dependable. Needing to get a loaner car was also an easy procedure at Tri County Toyota. A week after getting the car, I got road line paint on it,and I was sick about it. I made one call to the service department, and the man in charge of detailing said to bring the car over. He got all of the paint off of my car. I was ecstatic. I highly recommend TriCounty Toyota in Limerick. From, D. Schillow Collegeville,PA 19426 More

We visited the dealership with the intention of finding a car for my daughter. When we arrived we were greeted by Izzi Soto. We found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He supplied car for my daughter. When we arrived we were greeted by Izzi Soto. We found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He supplied the information we wished and only gave us his opinion when we asked. He knew the inventory and was able to quickly find the information on each car; comparing them. We literally took up hours of his time; even past the closing time for the dealership. He even took the time to show us around the dealership especially the service area, with an obvious feeling of pride. At no time did we feel "pressured". Mr. Soto is a true professional. Judging from what I saw of the other Tri County employees, I can only say they are exemplary. Prior to visiting Tri County, we stopped by several other dealerships and nowhere did we receive the positive insightful help we experienced at tri County. We were so impressed, we bought two cars. I have tried to contact Tri County twice asking about the recall and was placed in a phone holding que. I never received a call back or have not recieved a letter about the recall even after several weeks. recall and was placed in a phone holding que. I never received a call back or have not recieved a letter about the recall even after several weeks. Yet, they were able to send out a letter marked "Urgent" dupping people into thinking it was a recall notice but the notice was not about the recall but about a 1 day "Previous Customer Event". To me, this is a slap in the face to all their customers. Using the recall as an excuse to send a letter announcing a sale when people are waiting to hear about a dangerous situation with their Toyota is excusable. Never Again! I'm going back to Honda More
There were so many things that I'd overlooked in prior visits to this business that I could write a novel here. My final visit (the straw that broke the camel's back) involved seeking the making good on some poor work for not one but several problems they caused when I had my car in for service. I was not in any way abusive or even confrontational while doing this (guess I should have been). In short, I was told twice that I would receive a call from an on-duty manager who was too busy to talk to me in each instance where I called them. This did not happen, and when I sent a certified letter to the service manager for help, explaining that the team managers had apparently been too busy over the span of the prior two weeks to call me back, I discovered that he too never bothered to contact me. Clearly, no one cares - I never even got to tell the first two guys why I was calling. I've accepted that the damage they caused is permanent now, but so too is the loss of my patronage. I am very happy with my Toyota, but there is no way I will ever buy my next car from here. While I would certainly suggest potential buyers stay away, I should note that they're your typical car dealer (no better or worse)if buying new - for whatever level of, well, sleaze that entails, but I wouldn't take any car there (whether purchased there or not) for service. The mechanics consistently did poor work, and their customer service is - without exception - absolutely terrible. More
I have never been more disappointed in my life at the way I was treated and the complete lie this dealership told me to get me in the store. The add mentions employee pricing. Taking $1,000 off the MSRP i I was treated and the complete lie this dealership told me to get me in the store. The add mentions employee pricing. Taking $1,000 off the MSRP is NOT employee pricing. The manager of slaes informed me via the conversation on the phone that 0.0% financing existed for the 2010 4Runner. I specifically asked you that question. The gentlemen last night went out of his way to tell me there was no way that was possible. I understood that you did not have any models on the lot yet, for which I can not fault you, however, I wasn’t even shown a picture of what they look like. Your group completely wasted my time. The only positive was that the gentleman at the front desk was courteous. More
