The little hiccups were just hiccups and involved only add on parts and paperwork. The entire transaction was handled on line except final signing which was done without my having to drive to the dealership and then to top it off the care was delivered to my house. As I say painless. But if you are not exactly sure what you want Fred is very knowledgeable and will work with you to get you the car you want at a price you can afford to pay.
