We went to Tricounty prepared but not expecting a sale. Though not prearranged, Greg, the sales person was extremely courteous, helpful and patient. We ended up buying on the spot and my wife happily drove it home. Bob the general manager was also very pleasant and sincere. They have a huge selection and a clean service area. The lounge is clean and quiet though lacking the usual perks like gourmet coffee but then we weren't there for that. More
