Tri County Toyota the Good and Not So Good Truck Purchase Kyle Richter was a friendly and knowledgeable sales man so that was the good part of the experience. The very not good part was I agreed to leave a $ Kyle Richter was a friendly and knowledgeable sales man so that was the good part of the experience. The very not good part was I agreed to leave a $500 deposit and come back to purchase the truck the next day. The agreement I signed reflected $500 deposit and the finance guy put a $2,000 deposit amount. I believed $500 would be the deposit amount so I did not bother to look at the credit card slip. My big mistake. From now on I cannot take people at their word and have to check everything. I understand a transposition keying error can happen but there was not the case. The next day I went to purchase the truck and asked for the $2,000 refund back to my credit card. The did refund my card but not until after I signed all the legal documents to purchase the truck. I felt like I was being held hostage until the deal was concluded. My advice is to always check and double check everything before your sign anything. More

Toyota Care Not impressed at all from the minute I had the car towed to the dealership. I needed 3 tires which were covered and I asked to also repair door dents Not impressed at all from the minute I had the car towed to the dealership. I needed 3 tires which were covered and I asked to also repair door dents under my coverage. The women called back and said it was not covered. She said it was on a seam and the painless dent removal wouldn’t work. I asked about the other dents and she said there weren’t any??? She didn’t even look since they were obvious on the drivers side door. I said just do the tires and that’s it. Her response was ok then. Meanwhile the car needed an inspection (due August). They never brought it to my attention when I picked up the car. I called Faulkner on the way home and they were able to get me in to do inspection, front bakes/ rotors replaced the one tire that wasn’t replaced the day before, Balanced and aligned the car. Offered to shuttle me to work. Bottom line- I spent $800 dollars at another Deakership and felt valued! More

Great experience, in love with the new truck Kyle was great. I came in after work around 5:30 to look at a specific Tundra and Kyle was very helpful. The dealership was very busy at the time but Kyle was great. I came in after work around 5:30 to look at a specific Tundra and Kyle was very helpful.
