He explained the different options on the various vehicles, showed us several vehicles of interest, and made our experience enjoyable rather than frustrating. We did a test drive on one vehicle, and it allowed us to see the many new features of the 2019 RAV4. Overall, it was a rewarding experience resulting in the purchase of a new car. More
