We originally contacted Kelly Cohill and set up an appointment. When we arrived we had to wait a few minutes for Kelly, as he was busy with another customer. Kelly was nice enough not to want use to wait unnecessarily and asked use if it was 'ok' if Melissa could help us. We had no issue with that and glad we didn't. Melissa was very patient with use as my wife was the one picking a car out and even though she was interested in the Rav4 she wanted to see multiple brands and Melissa was very gracious in going through each and every question and showing use multiple brands. We eventually decided on the Rav4 anyway and Melissa again work in our budget to find the correct vehicle for us and showed the many payment options available. Thank you Mellissa!!
