Toyota Tundra Shopping Experience I don't consider myself an easy to please vehicle shopper. I ask a lot of questions, some technical, and read the small print. I typically arrive at a dealership with an attitude, expecting to being treated by a sales rep who is primarily interested in his/her needs, not mine. Mike Bertino at Tri County Toyota was the rep at the third Toyota dealership I visited in my search for a pre-owned Tundra. While initially coming off as a typical friendly, eager to serve sales rep, Mike quickly got done to business assessing my needs and answering my questions pertaining to the two Tundras I came to see. Mike capably answered my questions. Questions he was not sure of were quickly answered after he consulted the appropriate staff person at Tri County. What really impressed me was the extensive opportunity Mike gave me to test drive the vehicles. He gave me access to roads that permitted the kind of driving I was going to encounter. He and I actually test drove each of the two vehicles twice. Being a no-rush/pushy sales rep, I knew Mike would have been glad to have me take a third drive. It was a tough choice in the end, as both trucks were great examples of Toyota's Certified Pre-Owned offerings. I could tell they had been gently used and well maintained. In the end, having considered vehicles at two other Toyota dealerships, I felt Tri County Pre Owned vehicles were competitively priced. I will certainly come to Tri County for my next Toyota purchase. More
