The friendly and quick service provided on New Year's Eve cannot be compared, I never wait longer than an hour which is acceptable. Mike Moffa was our salesperson and he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He answered any and all questions and made us feel confident in our selection of the Toyota Sienna 2014. The entire time spent at the dealer was about 5 hours, which included an hour and 1/2 for looking and a test drive, and the balance of time spent doing all paperwork. The necessary paperwork makes the process lengthy, but Mike was very efficient and thorough in getting the job done. You don't want to feel rushed in making a car purchase. Mathew jumped in, admirably, after the salesman I was dealing with left the dealership. He is friendly, very helpful and not pushy (a very good thing). We bought a used mini-van here in excellent condition. We have no problem with the sales department. They were great! It is the service technician that I dealt with tonight that I have an issue with. He actually talked down to me and said- Did I know how to use a moon-roof? I have never dealt with such a rude person. There was an issue with the moon roof because I pressed the wrong button to open the trunk. The doors had been frozen shut and I had to get my daughter to school. I am a new van owner, granted, but we operated the moon-roof just fine. They are a franchise. They are telling me I have to pre-pay for all the parts even before they know exactly what parts they need. They did not offer me a loaner. So, I have cough up an exorbitant amount of money for the parts. They said they can't put the roof back together properly so I can drive it until the parts come in. That smacks of incompetence to me. I have always been a ford owner for 10 years and Ford has never asked me to pre-pay for any parts. I moved to Toyota on the reputation of the vehicle. But, this service department is absurd. We have excellent credit. It is a total insult to have to pre-pay for parts I might not need. This didn't offer me any alternative, than to search for another dealership. Plus, the labor costs they quoted me were outrageous. It's sad because they are right down the street. He whined about being a franchise and not being able to afford to pay for the parts and ship them back if they don't need them. That's crazy, since the salesperson told me that they sell 100 cars a month. Bragged about it even. Sounds like cheapskates to me or worse, much worse. More

A vehicle that fit our needs,a fair amount on our trade,an affordable mthly payment,an awesome APR rate{..which was so much more less than anticipated!},and... an overall insite of dealing with someone who actually talked to us{and listened very well too!},and not at us.As all of this was most definitely a plus,the SALES PERSON that was responsible for all of the above was...Michael Moffa.He truly went above and beyond in assisting us.... the customers.Most sales people,esp. in the selling of cars,could learn a thing or two from him.People purchasing cars want the best for the $$ their spending,want to understand all that car lingo sales people use,and most of all.... honesty.An Honest Car Salesman!...there's 4 words you usually won't see in a sentence! So..the next time you are in the market for a new vehicle...visit Tri County Toyota,in Limerick Pa.,....and ask for Michael Moffa.You'll be pleasantly surprised!!! More
