John Gerber is also a great asset. Very thorough and friendly during the doc process, while at the same time being very respectful of time. I went to Toyota Dealership to get service on my vehicle without an appointment. John, the Service Lane Manager informed me that all the workers were on their lunch break and if I don't mind waiting in the without an appointment. Since, my car just needed to get the air pressures checked in the tires, John surprised me and completed the work himelf. A few years ago, I bought my Toyota Camry from Nick Fisher. I had hoped to not be buying another car for quite awhile, however, my Camry suffered a bad accident, forcing me to start looking for another Fisher. After test driving the Prius, they allowed me to test drive the car for the weekend, to be sure I loved it before I bought it which was wonderful! They also patiently sat with me to answer all my questions and concerns with the car and went above and beyond my expectations in making me feel comfortable with my decision. Nick was gracious enough to negotiate the price so that I was able to afford the payments and made himself available for any additional questions or concerns I had. I brought my Rav 4 in for the 15,000 mile check up. I had a problem with one of the tires losing air and they checked them. The rear tire had a nail in it and they patched for me.
