In doing my internet searches, I found that Tri County Toyota had the exact 2010 Lexus RX350 that I was looking. The price was a little higher than I was looking for but I thought I would look at the car Toyota had the exact 2010 Lexus RX350 that I was looking. I drove up there in the morning and Nick was waiting for an appointment to show up. However, he took the time to get the keys to the Lexus and stayed with me while I looked it over. Since I knew exactly what I was looking for, I didn't need to test drive the vehicle. The car was right. I needed the price to be where I needed it. I told Nick what I needed. He indicated that the car had just been reduced but that he would check with his manager. He came back in a short amount of time and the price was right. I made an appointment to pick the car up the next morning. The next morning I got to the dealership a little early but Nick was right there to get the paperwork started. I was interested in purchasing an extended warranty and Nick determined the right one for my needs. By the way, it was the more expensive choice. The car came out of prep and we went over all the features. I was then turned over to the financial person and all the paperwork was taken care. All the forms were completed ahead of time. We just needed to go over some explanations and sign the papers. This took about 15 minutes. Nick took us back to the car set up both my and my wife's cell phones for the bluetooth. I have been driving for more than 50 years. In that time I have purchased numerous cars and trucks, both new and used. This experience with Nick and Tri County Toyota has been one of the easiest and painless experiences of my car buying life. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership and will recommend them to all my friends. This dealership is not around the corner from where I live. In fact, it's a little more than 25 miles away. However, it's worth the 30 minute drive to get this kind of service. This is the 3rd Lexus that I have purchased and this experience was better than either of the 2 prior experiences with my Lexus dealer. More
