Since I purchased my Rava4 I have been taking the car to Tri County for service and regular mileage check ups. Tri-County has always been great to work with and today they even surpassed my expectations. I have all my maintenance and oil changes done here and the sales department today was exceptional. Jack was very friendly and helpful in explaining the differences in the sienna line. Jim went above and beyond to help us figure out what financing option would be best for us. He gave us numbers for a used sienna, a new sienna with traditional 60 month financing, and a new sienna lease. We were intimidated by the word "lease", but Jim did such a nice job explaining how the lease worked. We really didn't think a new car was in our range, but with the generous trade offer and the lease option we were able to get the car we really wanted. John was great with all the paperwork and Kristy got us setup for our glass coat appointment. This is our second new car from tri-county. They were so much nicer than the honda dealer we shopped earlier in the day. Overall great experience and awesome people to work with. I had my 4Runner for 10 years and loved it, but unfortunately it was time to get a new vehicle. Initially I assumed that I would just get another 4Runner/SUV. After talking to Don and explaining unfortunately it was time to get a new vehicle. Initially I assumed that I would just get another 4Runner/SUV. After talking to Don and explaining what we were looking for, along with our budget, he came up with a few vehicles for us one being a Camry. He knew that I was hesitant to go with a car so he explained all of the pros to me such as lower price, gas mileage, reliability, etc. He also let me test drive the Camry...I was sold after that. Don was definitely a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile to make the whole car-buying process as painless and relaxed as possible. His approach to customer service goes above and beyond and I know plenty of other salespeople who could take a lesson from him. I would absolutely recommend Don and Tri-County Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you. More
Well..I have put off purchasing a new car for many months, only because I remember it as being a unpleasant experience. I found it to be quite opposite in this case. My experience was wonderful as usual. I started going to the dealer after my mother passed on her vehicle. She explained that this dealership was alway nice to her and that the work was excellent at any gi the dealer after my mother passed on her vehicle. I am a repeat customer at Tri County Toyota - that alone should say a lot. I traded in my 2011 Prius for a larger 2013 Prius V. I have found all of the staff there from service to sales to be extremely friendly and accommodating. They really do try to get you what you need/want with the best possible negotiation. The follow-up is exceptional. Mike Moffa was exceptionally customer service oriented. As I'm sure is true for everyone, the part I dislike most is the negotiation and wish that could be sped up but otherwise, my feedback is all positive. I will continue to service my car there and if I get another Toyota, it will definitely be from them. More
It was a rainy Monday morning and we were out in the rain and Nick was very willing to get wet. They price for my trade in was very good and when we did not exactly meet what I wanted the price to be we split the difference. I picked up the vehicle after lunch and was on my way. We are senior citizens with not that much technology experience and Nick was very patient in explaining everything maybe more than once. More
