I reluctantly went to look for a new Toyota. I love my 4 runner and did not want to get a new car even though it was time. A family friend recommended Don. The first night we left after test driving vehicles my husband and I both felt very confident in Don. I deal with people all day and their demands so I appreciate a person willing to listen to you and also being able to bounce my needs off of Don. We will highly recommend Don to all family and friends looking into a new car. Our whole car buying experience was super easy start to finish. I truly believe without a doubt that Don is there to HELP people navigate the car buying process. I already had described to him the car I was interested in, and within 10 minutes I was out taking a test drive. Ron was pleasant, courteous, and very easy to deal with. From filling out paprework, to deals available, to financing, the whole experience was the easiest I have ever had. I have purchased eight new cars in my lifetime prior to this 2013 Camry, and can honestly say I have never had an easier time. Ron was even so nice as to pick me up at my home afterwards, as I live alone and had to bring my old car(a 2007 Solara) back in order to pick up my new Camry. I had every intention of having the shuttle take me back to Tri-County, but Ron insisted on picking me up. It was my pleasure to meet him, and I will forward his business card to anyone I know who is interested in a new or used Toyota.
