Corey in the Finance Department was very helpful and within days he had me approved and had my payments within my budget. It was a very easy process and I had to pretty much do nothing except pick the vehicle I wanted! I live about 30 minutes from Branson so shopping online was my only option till the weekend and my Explorer was exactly as described! Corey managed to get me a good APR and my loan allowed me to keep my down payment to go toward my sales tax! This dealership has excellent customer service and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future! Ted Rantz met me on the golf cart and that began our conversation. I had to leave for a business trip in Chicago, so the negotiation took place via text message for the next week. When we returned to town, we finalized the deal and arranged for partial financing which was accomplished effortlessly.
