Fastest car I've ever bought I have been looking at a Chrysler 200 for a few days. When I went to look at one they had the salesmen was expecting me but when arriving he had some I have been looking at a Chrysler 200 for a few days. When I went to look at one they had the salesmen was expecting me but when arriving he had some customers he excused himself for a second giving me the keys and a dealer plate and told me to take it for a spin. I instantly fell in love with the car. Upon returning to the dealership I was greeted by Ted the salesmen. We instantly started the paperwork they gave me fair value on a trade in and got me in the price range I need to be. I left the dealership and a 2012 Chrysler 200. Altogether from beginning to end took less than 3 hours most of which was me switching my insurance from my previous car to the new one. I will recommend and already have recommended tri-lakes Ford Chrysler to friends and family for their next vehicle purchase. More

Beware of this Dealer On 8/18/2015 I called Tri-Lakes Ford Service about Fords "The Works". I advised them that I had a 2011 F150 with 3.5 Ecoboost motor and it was a 6 QT On 8/18/2015 I called Tri-Lakes Ford Service about Fords "The Works". I advised them that I had a 2011 F150 with 3.5 Ecoboost motor and it was a 6 QT. Oil change. I was told it would be $36.95 plus $3.00. This is the price I have paid for My 2006 F150 and now my 2011 F150. So I made an appointment to take it in. On 8/19/2015 I took it into TRI-LAKES FORD and the Service writer quoted my wife and I $39.95. This service writer already knew by this time that it was a 6 QT (oil) engine. Was the service was done, we were hit with a $47.43 bill. I should note that this Dealer has had prior reviews of quoting one price and then charging more. I will never go there for service or anything else ever again. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL GOING THERE! HEED THE REVIEWS UNLIKE ME. More

Logan was the reason I purchased a car from TriLakes!! My husband and I started a search in January of this year. I searched on line and begin chatting with TriLakes. Then one day Login called. My husband was on a walker and we had special needs for a vehicle. Login worked very hard trying to find us a car. We came out and the car was too low; then next time my husband had to go home, suddenly. Snows came, then ice followed. Days turned into weeks and months. Then my husband passed away, suddenly. My car needs changed. I went back to the computer just to look around. I found a beautiful RED car. My son called Logan and after agreeing to look at the car and drive it, Logan said he would have it pulled up for me. It sure did rain, but neither snow, ice, or rain hinders the very best car salesperson. I bought the car,;however, because of Logan caring about us and continuing to call us during the months, sometimes twice a week, I purchased the car from him. I promised Login when I was ready to buy a car I would definitely buy from him and I did. I would advise anyone wanting to purchase a car to come see Logan and Cory!!! More
