We were very happy that we chose Tri-Lakes for our last two purchases all in the last year. First Wes Kuhs sold us our 2012 Ford Focus which has been wonderful. We have been so pleased with all the help Wes has given us with that. He was very honest, helpful and it wasn't over when we purchased the car. We can call him any time for help. We think he is an excellent salesman. We've had it in for maintenance a couple of times so far and the service department did an excellent job too. We had a problem with a window and were in St.L. so took it to a dealer here. They did something, but when we had an update we needed to have done at Tri-Lakes, they found we needed a whole new module that affected the windows, the compass and several other things in the car so we were grateful for that. Kyle was very helpful with us. Roger Wilcox is so nice to deal with. He explained all plans to us and helped us with the loan. Really appreciated his input. We really have been impressed with the friendliness, expertise and service at Tri-Lakes and very glad we chose them. We just purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 truck and my husband is so happy with it. Again, Wes was very helpful in finding a truck that we could afford and get so much added things in it. We also had to have the update on the Focus and had planned to take both vehicles to St.L. the day we were to pick it up. The computer had gone down and we even were going to get a loaner but it ended up the computer was repaired and our car was ready to bring to St.L. We would highly recommend Tri-Lakes and Wes Kuhs as a salesman any time. More

Supposed to be the home of the happy customer, and after shopping at another dealership, I have to say... I am. I attempted to buy a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Tri Lakes and was turned off by the en shopping at another dealership, I have to say... I am. I attempted to buy a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Tri Lakes and was turned off by the entire experience. The salesman was argumentative from the beginning and even said "not sure what dream world you are living in" when referring to the trade price I was asking for my vehicle. As a local business professional I prefer to shop locally but after that day I began to look elsewhere. I called the dealership 4 more times before finally making my purchase trying to give them the chance to earn my business. I had been offered $1000 more money than I asked elsewhere for my trade, as well as finding a newer vehicle (2010 Jeeep Wrangler Unlimited) with fewer miles, and more options (aftermarket tires and wheels and lift kit) for a cheaper price at another dealership. I still called Tri Lakes and gave them one last chance to match or come close and still earn my business. Salesman said he had to call his boss and get the ok, then called me back and said " I really hate to give an ultimatum, but my price is firm take it or leave it." I left it on thier lot and went with the newer vehicle, with fewer miles, more options at a cheaper price and got more for my trade. This is the second new van we have purchased from Tri-Lakes. We bought a 2008 Dodge Caravan SXT the last of January 2009 and had driven it almost 90,000 miles. We have a vacation condo in Branson s Tri-Lakes. We bought a 2008 Dodge Caravan SXT the last of January 2009 and had driven it almost 90,000 miles. We have a vacation condo in Branson so were able to use the service department at Tri-Lakes on several occasions and were always well pleased with the friendly and professional service provided. As a result we returned to Tri-Lakes last week thinking we would like to trade soon for a new Dodge or Chrysler van with sationary bucket seats (not sto-and-go). Ours salesperson, Paul Winchester, worked with us looking at available vans meeting these specification not only on their lot but ones that could be traded for and brought in from other places. He listened, was helpful, and worked with others in the sales department to come up with a trade that was within our budget for a new Chrysler Limited that was on the lot. Others that we met and appreciated were Cory Bunger and Roger Wilcox. More

I went to 3 dealerships over the course of two weeks. I attempted to stay in Harrison and by local, but the dealership I visited didnt seem very interested in working w me. Tri Lakes, specifically Randy, was interested in my business the moment I stepped on the lot. He wasn't pushy, but happy to find what I wanted. I was slightly difficult because I wanted a 5 speed transmission and there wasn't many of them on the lot. I was buying my 1st car as a single woman on her own, so it was a little scary. I went to the other dealer in Branson and was met w rude experiences by all 3 of the people I dealt w there. Needless to say I walked out of that dealership as fast as I could. I went back to Tri Lakes after they followed up w me the next business day. I could've waited for a few months to get a car as I wasn't in a "necessary" situation. But I was pleased that Tri Lakes followed up w me and Bart, one of the finance guys, even came out of his office, breathless w an offer that was very close to what I wanted and needed after I expressed concern w their original offer re: the payment amount and length of the note. Bart kept playing w the numbers until he got one that worked for me. He even told me Tri Lakes wanted my business and would do what they needed to to get me in a new car. When Randy called me on Monday to ask what I thought about the car I test drove, I decided to go back and revisit the car and take my stuff to see if it would all fit. I'd had a few days to think about it and they held the deal they offered before I went home for the weekend. After I signed the paperwork, I got a little emotional, but Randy sat in the car w me until I knew what every button and knob did before I drove back to Arkansas in it. I was so pleased as a female on her own and as a business owner that someone finally worked w me and helped me get what I wanted without belittling me. Tri Lakes was the only dealer out of the three I visited who showed me what my credit score was...all 3 dealers checked my credit, but Tri Lakes was the only one who gave me a copy of my score and let me keep it. I would highly recommend Tri Lakes Ford to anyone seeking a new vehicle...particularly a woman on her own for the first time. They'll take care of you...and, they don't charge paperwork fees! More
