3 hr drive worth it I found a used vehicle I was interested in online. I contacted Tim because I had a few questions. We drove 3 hours to the dealership and Tim was ready for us. After looking over the vehicle we noticed a few cosmetic issues and he took the extra time to have the minor scratches buffed out. After we got home I noticed I was missing a keyless entry code and the owners manual. I contacted him via text and he was great, called a few days later and said he was able to get them from the previous owner and is mailing them to me. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty, was honest, sincere and funny! I plan on visiting the area this fall and if nothing else I will pop in to say hi. We had a great buying experience at Tri-Lakes. Our sales person Tim was very friendly from the start. We didn't see the vehicle we found online, but he told us it was a recent trade in and was not even up o person Tim was very friendly from the start. Tim made the negotiations pretty painless. Unlike other dealers who just wanted to know what kind of payments we were looking for, he was willing to talk actual numbers which is what I prefer. We were given a fair price for our trade in, wish it could have been more, but don't you always wish that. There was no high pressure sales and the whole team was great to work with. Everyone we talked to at the dealership was very friendly and it just gave the place that small hometown feel. There were no hidden charges or doc fees. We even got a tank of gas and our first oil change is on them. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and if you want a genuine nice guy, ask for Tim. I will be back when I am in the market for another used or new car. More

Where we live, weather plays a major roll in our ability to get into town or not. We were on vacation in Branson and deciced to go look at the Jeeps and check them out. When we got out of our car and started looking around, Tim came up and started visiting with us. He was so easy to talk to and took the time to show us all the great options on the Jeep Cherokee. He made a great presentation to us (he never resorted to bashing the competition, he sold us on the merits of the Jeep) and was never pushy and we never felt like we were being rushed. Tim has a true passion for what he does and he cares about people. We felt so relaxed, like we were quests in his home. So instead of just looking, when we left Branson, we left as proud owners of our new Jeep Cherokee. We have a Jeep dealer in the town we live, but we look forward to returning to Tri -Lakes Motors for all our service and needs and to see Tim again. More
