I want to assure all those looking for a car…go to Tri Lakes Motors in Branson, Missouri. I live in Southern California. I was looking for a Cadillac XLR. Everyone I called on were either rude, nasty, or just not interested in talking to me on the phone. I continued my search and ran across an ad placed by Tri Lakes Motors. When I called Cory Bunger answered the phone and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and even took a live video of the car in the lot so that I could view it at my home. Cory even worked with me on the price. When it all came down to it, I needed a little financing and Roger at Tri Lakes took care of that too. The only problem, I thought, was that I was in California and they are in Missouri. NOT a problem for Cory. I had the option of paying to have it shipped or I could fly into Springfield and drive it back. Cory offered to pick me up at the airport! Forty-five minutes away and he still offered. That cinched the deal for me. I flew out, arrived at 6:45pm and sure enough Cory was standing right outside. Not with his car….but mine!!! I was so happy. This guy went out of his way to make me a customer. I thought I was going to have to give him a ride back to the dealership. NO WAY. Roger, the finance man, was nearby with all my paperwork to sign. They even filled the gas tank up for me. I was so happy I could not think of doing anything else but take these two guys out for dinner. I was sure glad I did because I found out what great guys they are personally and even invited them to come to California to visit and stay at my place. This is not the last these two guys heard from me. When my business needs another vehicle, guess where I am going…Tri Lakes Motors. When I returned home I told two of my neighbors how great Tri Lakes Motors was to me. One is seriously thinking of checking out their website because they have a daughter who lives nearby. To top it all off Cory called me after I got back home to make sure everything went well. I know of no other dealership that goes the extra mile in customer service than Tri Lakes Motors. You will not be disappointed. More

We had one issue with a new 2012 Ford Edge, Wind Noise around the doors. We were told that is would not be an issue and were assured by several sales associates that it would be corrected.
