Service center is a joke! They had my car for two weeks to replace warranty issues. Every time I called no one would answer the phone. I left several messages which no one wo They had my car for two weeks to replace warranty issues. Every time I called no one would answer the phone. I left several messages which no one would return. They did some non warranty work and had no problem calling to get their money. The blamed everything on Ford for their complete incompetence. More

Lack of integrity and no customer care. Tri star Kittanning was ok at first and seemed like a good dealer ship. But they don't honor a quoted price they said was good. Charge for stuff that Tri star Kittanning was ok at first and seemed like a good dealer ship. But they don't honor a quoted price they said was good. Charge for stuff that wasn't done and then won't return phone calls. Not very good if they want repeat business. Not a very veteran friendly establishment. Highly recommend going somewhere else. More
