Not my 1st choice for service. My Jetta had a oil spill and they did not have the correct oil in stock. They lied to me and said no one in town had the correct oil. Two days lat My Jetta had a oil spill and they did not have the correct oil in stock. They lied to me and said no one in town had the correct oil. Two days later, the Ford half said they had the correct oil. So the two dealerships owned by Todd Hill is a case of the right hand not knowing what is in the wrong hand. Shame on both dealerships. More

The crew at tri state was very helpful. I took my vehicle in for service due to a recall. They ordered the parts and called as soon as they came in to set up a repair time. I took the car i I took my vehicle in for service due to a recall. They ordered the parts and called as soon as they came in to set up a repair time. I took the car in a few days later for the repair that was going to take around three hours. I normally would have had my wife pick me up but she had broken her ankle a couple of days earlier. I asked if there was any way I could get a ride home because I didn’t want to leave her alone because of her ankle. They not only got me home but delivered my car back to me when it was finished. Outstanding service! More
