I have had nothing but great experiences at Tri State Ford. I went in for an oil, lub and filter. During the routine check they found that my battery was low so they took care of that and I had forgotte Ford. I went in for an oil, lub and filter. During the routine check they found that my battery was low so they took care of that and I had forgotten that I had a free service which was promptly honored. I also checked on a replacement switch for my driver's window but it had not arrived yet. More
