And, all the rest of the salesmen at Tri-State were very friendly. I also liked the person that did our paperwork, he was very cordial. My wife was shocked by how simple the transaction was,from start to finish.She kept asking Michael { You're kidding, right }. Michael did all the work,we just sit and waited for him to tell us the next step. We didn't even have to shop,I told Michael what we wanted,and he had it waiting for us when we got to the dealership. He could not have picked out a better car if he had tried. My wife and I are really pleased with our purchase. We got good financing, good extended warranty,good dealership, good trade in,and treated like Royalty by everyone involved. I went online to get information about the Ford Fiesta. I was then directed to submit an online credit check. I immediatly got an email and a phone call from Jack Pierce who was very courteous and profession was then directed to submit an online credit check. I immediatly got an email and a phone call from Jack Pierce who was very courteous and professional. He encouraged me to come in the next day to see what he had in stock and I did. I wound up purchasing the 2014 Ford Fiesta and I LOVE IT! The original phone call from Jack was at 8:30 on Friday night & I drove away with my new car before 6:30 Saturday afternoon! The whole process was very speedy and hassle free. I later found out that the dealership closes at 7 pm but that they had held a meeting after work & that is why he was able to call me so late that evening. I feel that he went above the call of duty by calling me after having already put in a full work day. Jack and the dealership have called and emailed me just make sure that I am happy with my purchase. The general manager, Jonathan Poe even checked in with me on Monday. Unlike my experience in the past, when Michael approached me at the dealership I felt no pressure at all. Just two guys talking about trucks. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
