How car buying should be! I worked with Peter Bellucci and bought a car on my second visit. On the first visit, Peter listened to my "wants" list and explained everything in great detail to a first time Cadillac owner. We drove two vehicles to narrow what I was looking for and again, he took plenty of time to show me all of the vehicle features and see how the cars handled on local roads, highway, and uneven ground. Nice long test-drives so you can really get a feel for the car. On the first visit, he didn't have exactly the combo color/trim I was looking for, but said he would look into it. Less than a week later the right vehicle was in-store. He reached out, no pressure, and I decided to make my way up for a visit. Everything felt right and I was ready to talk numbers and see if it was doable. I never once felt pressured, he was candid and polite throughout the whole process, and he was honest about what was realistic and not. No paper chart games, hard-sells, or gimmicks, just a man-to-man conversation. He's a class act. In the end, I left with an awesome certified XT5 on day two after a few hours and the attention to detail was exceptional. The car came out of finishing nearly pristine with a full tank of gas and looking and smelling new inside, and mostly new outside. Cadillac's aren't cheap, and I certainly didn't walk out thinking that I got a "steal," but I know I got a great car and had a good sales experience from Peter. I'd recommend visiting Englewood and Peter if you're in the market. Evelyn and Russ were also friendly and got me in and out, and settled with all the paperwork in a timely manner. From first walk in (and warm greeting from the welcome desk) to driving off the lot, seems like Englewood Cliffs has figured it out. More

So, looking for a new vehicle can be difficult, extremely stressful, & overwhelming when trying to buy the equivalent on a frugal budget. I had visited many dealerships looking for comfort, AWD, and follow up service care. These three requirements were top on my list. So of course, as many others do, I test drove at least 6 other cars. All German luxury at its best. The disappointment of my dream car falling short of all my expectations added only to the stress of finding a new car. So, I decided to try an American classic, the Cadillac. A Certified Preowned brought me to Englewood Cliff Cadillac dealership, I was expecting more of my recent experience pushy aggressive sales person trying to sell me something I totally hate. Boy, was I wrong!!! Upon entering the dealership, the receptionist greeted me with a huge smile, and called Rick Sarter for me. We had previously spoken, and made an appointment to test drive an XT. Well, that is where Rick’s professionalism and expertise come into action. He knew some of the key options I was looking for & he knew this car wouldn’t do it for me. So, he showed me one that did have those features. He was right, it was love at first site! Comfortable, easy driving, advanced technology everything I had been looking for and more. Rick, didn’t have to say a word this beauty had me the first 60 seconds of our test drive. Then came the tutorial on the car, and service dept policy. Both user friendly, and top notch. My final step, meeting with Evelyn. She was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Financing is usually is a nightmare, not here it was smooth sailing from start to finish. She made sure I understood every contract where my signature needed to be placed. It’s obvious they are proud, and love what they do at this dealership. Customer care in this level is nonexistent these days & well worth noting. Kudos to Englewood Cliff Cadillac!!!! More
