I was looking for a new car. After going to two or three dealerships in Rockland County, I decided to go to Englewood Cadillac based on the recomendation of my son, Eddie Jr. who had just purchased a car fr dealerships in Rockland County, I decided to go to Englewood Cadillac based on the recomendation of my son, Eddie Jr. who had just purchased a car from them about 5 month ago. Walking into the showroom, we were greeted by Michael. He introduced us to our salesman Gino Blanco. After giving us the tour of the new facility Gino started with his sales presentation. Needless to say I was impressed with his knowledge of the cars and his ability to make sure we were properly taken care of. His is a pro. As mentioned before, I walked in with a certain car in mind, I was presented with a car and a price I could not resist. The deal was made. they said I could pick up the car the next day but I gave them a few more days to set up the car. Waiting four days later to pick up the car, my wife, son and I sat down with Gino and he took us through the whole process of driving the car. The car had more buttons and gadgets that I was accustom to but Gino made it quite simple. I am a very satisfied customer. I love my car and I will be a steady customer of Englewood Cadillac and will be recomending them to all my friends. Many thanks to Gino, Michael and all the guys I met on my visitws there. Jose assisted me and helped me with all the issues I was having with my 2011 Cadillac srx. There was no wait when I got to service. The moment I spoke with Vatche on the phone- I knew I had to come and check this vehicle out. Vatche was a pleasure to deal with and was fearless when it came to answering any questions or concerns. I did an extensive amount of research prior to coming to this dealership but I learned so much when I spoke with Vatche. He was extremely honest over the phone, which is so critical because that set the bar for what was to come later. We wrapped up the deal in ONE day (less than 24hrs)!! To me this was incredible because there were 5 of us in one room with Vatche and he was a pro! Vatche actually guided us through the entire process (literally) and was there as a backup if we had any additional concerns. Now lets talk about the service - INCREDIBLE. The SUV was already in perfect condition but Vatche had it detailed and serviced right-a-way! He is a great guy and we are so glad that he was able to help us out! Byron was also very helpful when it came to product knowledge. I am very glad that I ran into Byron because he too was part of this entire process. George, the Finance manager, handled everything with precise detail and care. The entire team at Englewood was fantastic! I really mean it because even the Service department (shout out to Bruce) were excellent. I also ran into one of my favorite Giants players there which was incredible on its own. A car is a product that can be purchased from anywhere but if you want quality, service and respect - Englewood Cadillac is the total package!
