Mr. & Mrs. Ceglia, I reviewed your interaction with Alex, your offer on the vehicle we had in inventory was $6,000 lower than our advertised price. Truth be told, we thought you were just taking a shot and not serious about a purchase. So, as a result we sold the car to someone else that made a much more competitive offer. A courtesy call did not seem appropriate to try to get you to spend an additional $6,000. The current vehicle market is very competitive, much like the real estate market. If you see something you like in your budget, be prepared to pounce on it. If you see something outside of your budget, it is not likely the dealer will come down to your offer.
