excellent service, but one thing unacceptable is the diagnosis fee, I heard noise from my rear brakes ,agent told me there will be a diagnosis fee of $134.00, I said fine if is not the brake problem and diagnosis fee, I heard noise from my rear brakes ,agent told me there will be a diagnosis fee of $134.00, I said fine if is not the brake problem and I do not fix it after checking ,I am more than happy to pay it, after checked , its the rear brakes worn out including the rotors, then I agree to fix it ,but the manager still charging me the diagonsis fee after the job done, I paid $ 1305.67, and they are doing the same kind of job, taking the old brakes and rotors down and put the new one on ,no extra work at all, why still has to charge me, I think no client will accept it, please pay more attention on this problem, your store will loss a lot of customers in the future for this unreasonable charges .thank you More
