Having realized that my extended warranty had expired, I decided to inquire about purchasing a newer model. I purchased my certified pre-owned 2011 SRX in 2014 .I love that car! I have been thoroughly satisfied with that prior purchase and have been treated with incredible service. But it was time to update. I was introduced to Peter Bellucci who genuinely listened to my objectives in considering a new car. I'm not financially able to purchase a brand new car, so Peter worked very hard to present options to finance another certified pre-owned SRX 2015 or to lease a 2018 XT5. He was incredibly patient with me, running all the numbers to help me make an informed decision without pressure. HIs recommendations were well thought out and individualized to my needs. The trade-in value of my old car was generous and Englewood Cliffs Cadillac paid off the balance of my finance loan, making the decision to lease the 2018 XT5 possible. I've never leased a car, so my questions were plentiful and Peter answered every one of them to my satisfaction. There was absolutely no pressure. He "held my hand" throughout the entire process. He was easy to contact and returned my calls promptly. Peter is so personable, I feel like I made a friend. When the lease process and paperwork was completed, Peter spent an enormous amount of time assisting me in setting up all the features in the car, as well as OnStar and SiriusXM. The overall experience was absolutely positive and above all expectations. Meeting Steve Tancona was a pleasure. He supervised the transaction and made sure I was completely satisfied. Everyone at the dealership works hard at making you feel like you're the only customer there. Wonderful attitudes and abundantly helpful. Evelyn Batista made the financial/transaction and paper-signing seem less overwhelming and thoroughly explained each and every signature. Zuly (I'm sorry for not remembering her last name) is absolutely delightful and warm. One last mention, Chris Vartanian is a gem. I stopped in to the dealership without an appointment, not realizing that Peter was off that day. Chris stepped in, brought some of the options for me to look at, ran some numbers, and took care of me knowing that I was Peter's customer. A real team player who was very respectful and generous with his time. I wouldn't use any other dealership other than Englewood Cliffs Cadillac. More
