Both the salesman Leo and the finance manager Samuel did an amazing job of working with me to purchase the vehicle, very respectful of my wants, needs and boundaries with the purchase. The finance manager did an amazing job of taking the time to build a relationship, explain the steps and process and was very upfront with explanations. He made the transaction feel very honest, and I genuinely felt like he cared about walking me through the process and making sure that I felt comfortable with everything I was signing/purchasing. I was pleasantly surprised the numbers matched to what we agreed to from the email. Then the finance group came through with the 0% interest rate for 5 years.
