Poor customer service after the purchase! Great Customer service before the purchase, but once you sign not so great! Great experience I had taken my leased vehicle in for repair and was told it was going to be expensive. Because I was meeting the end of my lease, I opted to turn it I had taken my leased vehicle in for repair and was told it was going to be expensive. Because I was meeting the end of my lease, I opted to turn it back in, unrepaired, and buy a new vehicle. The new care salesman, Matt Jacob, went out of his way to find out which options I wanted in a Pathfinder, and proceeded to walk me through the differences between the SL and Platinum package. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" me into a particular vehicle. More
