Great experience with Sales Executive. Great vehicle. One power window ceased working as well as the rear camera. I have had to take the vehicle in three times. The next to last time, Great vehicle. One power window ceased working as well as the rear camera. I have had to take the vehicle in three times. The next to last time, I was told I would be contacted when the part arrived. One month later I called and was told - it just arrived. Took the vehicle back in and that was repaired. Was told I would now need to bring it in again for the camera (which we knew was not working when I brought it in last.) Again, I was told that I would receive a call when the part arrived. Over a month and a half later, I have still received no call. I will schedule with another dealer service department at this point. Great dealership to buy from. I have received very poor service.
