I went to trophy Nissan in Mesquite, Texas to purchase my daughter's 1st car as a teen. After searching their website I was able to find a car of interest and scheduled a test drive. I reviewed the carfax an daughter's 1st car as a teen. After searching their website I was able to find a car of interest and scheduled a test drive. I reviewed the carfax and pulled the vin number listed noticing it came up for different car. When I got to the dealership I addressed the Vin number issue to the sales person and got the Vin number listed on the actual car of interest which was different. The car drove well so I made a cash offer which was declined by finance manager so I left the dealership to only get a call 15 minutes later from sales rep informing that finance manager changed his mind asking me to come back and they would accept the offer. I asked sales rep to send me picture of Vin number from car 1st and did a quick check to find it had a savage title with structural damage. I got a call back again after my Vin request informing they made a mistake and posted car. This only happened because I took the time to do research addressing the discrepancies. Had I not said anything they were prepared to sale me the car. More

Armondo in Finance was so nice and friendly. The service department representative was also friendly and I apologize for not having his name on me when I wrote this review. They tinted my windows same day I bought car, inspected it, and pulled off all the wrappers and protectants as it was fresh off the truck!!! I was in and out so fast!!! By the way the selection was amazing! Lots of hard to find midnight edition cars and trucks in stock. Please give Trophy Nissan your business, they really did an outstanding job for me!!! More
