For service and collision customers, our facility includes high-tech repair equipment and ASE-Certified Nissan mechanics. The salesman made sure to try and find me what I wanted. When they did not have what I wanted he asked questions about why I wanted it and then tried to find the next best option. This is a GREAT review keep reading…. I have been shopping for my son and I in new and used, I had to visit numerous dealerships and had several test drives and had several people at the I have been shopping for my son and I in new and used, I had to visit numerous dealerships and had several test drives and had several people at the other dealerships waste hours and hours of my personal time, BUT NOT at Trophy Nissan and not with Marcus Gonzales. Marcus was perfection. Answered any of my questions in timely fashion! He was fun, knowledgeable and professional. I can’t say enough about how great the experience was! Cesar Maciel, the finance guy super nice and helpful NOT cheesy sleazy like some finance guys I dealt with at other dealerships. Marcus made everything easy peasy, and had most of it done and filled out before I ever even got to the dealership. Spent least amount of time at trophy with Marcus and drove off in new car! In a quicker amount of time than what I thought would be just “quick test drive” at other dealerships. I HATE car shopping but they gave me BEST experience. Thanks Marcus! More
